PORTLAND - Oregon prosecutor says Al Gore won't be prosecuted over masseuse's allegations.

Police said they are not recommending prosecution in the case.

According to KPTV, the case was submitted to the police bureau July 27 for review of possible criminal charges against Gore, prosecutors said.

The accuser, Molly Hagerty, claimed the incident occurred Oct. 24, 2006, during a professional massage at a downtown hotel.
